I want to organize a broad study group for QI-related things. There will be three levels in this seminar according to the 3 excellent courses MIT provides:

1. Intro level: 8.370 + QI part of Misha's course
2. Study the book Nilesen and Chuang and 8.371
3. The material will be based on the course 8.S372, and some state-of-art research works

The first round of seminar is expected to open in 2021 Fall. It could be either Level 2 or Level 3.
